Granville at 70th is the ideal image for the perfect location. The community around the tower serves as a host, defining the lifestyle as an ‘easy-to-reach’ area of grocery chains, strip malls, and activities.
Zaldana Carpenter Ltd. designed and crafted the concrete forming during the project, building the foundation of the tower.

Telus Gardens Building
The Telus Garden is a benchmark for Vancouver’s diversified ecological community, by featuring an array of forestry in an articulate way.
The Telus Garden was awarded the Leed® Platinum for one of the most resource-efficient buildings developed. Zaldana Carpenter Ltd. built the structural foundation of the Telus Garden, being the concrete forming subcontractors for the successful project.

UBC Lot 11
UBC Lot 11 maintains a simple yet modernized lifestyle located on Ross Drive and Birney Avenue in UBC’s Wesbrook Village.
The Zaldana Carpenter Ltd. team provided the concrete form foundation of UBC Lot 11. This includes the 14-storey market rental tower, and 20 three-storey townhouses allowing for the project developers to articulate the Vancouver area with creativity and persistence.
